About the event
Transform kitchen scraps and food waste into all natural eco-friendly dyes! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets of creating a successful dye pot and use milk protein to paint a design on a bandana. Then, watch your design come to life as it absorbs the rich pigment from onion skins, avocado pits, and more. Let nature’s color palette inspire your creativity!
Age: This class is appropriate for ages 12+.
Location: This class will take place at Kali Ann Art Studio, located at 1144 E. Main Street, Rochester, NY 14609. The front entrance is ground level with a parking lot in the rear of the building at 355 Hayward Ave.
Accessibility:
An accessible entrance is located by parking in the Autozone lot and using our front entrance.
